Role overview

Permanent, full-time infrastructure Permanent Way Team Leader role based in Wednesbury, with hybrid working options. Lead track maintenance technicians, plan reactive and preventative maintenance, oversee inspections and repairs to switches and crossings, manage track geometry and defects, supervise contractors and participate in an on-call rota. Requires substantial rail PWay experience, team leadership and a Level 6 or higher Permanent Way maintenance qualification.
