Role overview

Permanent senior fleet leadership role reporting to the Fleet Director, setting maintenance strategy across depots and outstations. Accountable for fleet availability, engineering standards, safety and regulatory compliance, budgets, resource planning, maintenance partners and continuous improvement. Requires senior leadership experience in engineering, production or maintenance and strong commercial and employee-relations capability. Hybrid working is available.
