Role overview

Permanent full-time, safety-critical station role at Oxford. Safely dispatch trains, manage platforms, assist customers, provide accurate information during disruption and maintain station safety and presentation. Work a rolling shift roster including weekends and bank holidays. Candidates need customer service and communication skills, numerical ability and experience working in a safety-focused environment. Successful applicants must pass a safety-critical medical, drug and alcohol screening and a basic DBS check. Full training provided.
