Role overview

Commercial quantity surveying role supporting SCS Railways' HS2 London Tunnels technical services and design subcontract, covering Stage 4 design and Stage 5 construction site support. Duties include valuations, cost forecasting, contract correspondence, payment assessments, supply chain procurement and commercial risk management. Requires commercial and construction contract knowledge and an RICS/CICES-accredited degree or enrolment on an accredited postgraduate degree. Two positions; 40 hours per week.
