Operations Team Leader

Role overview

Lead CAF Rail UK's operational procurement buying team, supervising Operational and Junior Buyers while managing an allocated buying workload. Coordinate purchase orders, supplier expediting, orderbook reviews, workloads and escalations to support fleet maintenance and overhaul. Requires operational buying experience, team leadership capability, ERP/procurement systems skills and a relevant degree or equivalent experience; CIPS Level 4 or working towards it.
