Lead Support Engineer

Role overview

Lead Hitachi Rail's local support engineering team at Doncaster, coordinating rolling-stock fleet safety, reliability and performance investigations, engineering changes, technical assurance, root-cause analysis and condition monitoring. Manage and develop Shift Support Engineers, liaise with customers, support incident response and deputise for the Engineering Manager. Requires an HND/HNC, degree or equivalent engineering qualification and experience leading technical teams.
