Role overview

Lead and manage operational rail workforce across the Southern Rail Business Unit, including supervisors, operatives and skilled labour. Coordinate resources for maintenance, reactive and capital works, ensuring compliance with Network Rail standards, workforce competence requirements, safety procedures and programme delivery. Rail operational leadership experience and a full UK driving licence are required.
