Head of Packages (MEP & AFO)

Role overview

Lead delivery of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) and architectural fit-out (AFO) subcontract packages for the shafts and headhouses delivery unit on the HS2 London Tunnels project. Oversee programme, budgets, safety, procurement, subcontractors, risk and change control, and coordinate senior stakeholders. Requires senior leadership experience on complex construction projects, a relevant degree and professional membership or equivalent qualification.
