Role overview
Supervise technicians overhauling rolling-stock components at CAF Rail UK's Manchester facility, including bogies, wheelsets, traction motors, gearboxes, couplers and HVAC systems. Lead daily work allocation, toolbox talks, safety and quality compliance, competence monitoring, production performance and continuous improvement. Requires NVQ Level 3 or above in an electrical or mechanical discipline and experience supervising heavy engineering or rail production teams. Annual salary £50,000.
