We're looking for a COMMITTED individual to work alongside the station Manager to support the smooth operation of the station by setting new standards for customer experience and operational excellence across our network to the communities we serve. With over 500,000 customers traveling weekly, no two days are the same! You'll play a vital role in ensuring a safe and effective workplace for both staff and customers. Expect shift work, some weekends, and close collaboration with your team and the station manager. This is a highly exciting role with extra responsibility. This is your chance to deliver outstanding service. As a Team Leader you will: Ensure Safety and Efficiency: Monitor station platform procedures and conduct safety/security checks, inspections, and audits to maintain a secure environment. Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Coordinate all customer service activities, especially during disruptions, to meet company specifications and passenger charter requirements. Support the Station Manager: Manage day-to-day human resource issues, contractors, and premises, ensuring all work is carried out to specified standards.
