Role overview

We're looking for a Digital Learning Assistant to join our team and help transform how learning is delivered across the business! From capturing immersive 360° video footage and creating engaging multimedia content, to managing our Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting cutting-edge learning technologies, no two days will be the same. What you'll be doing: Filming and editing high-quality video and 360° content Creating interactive eLearning, H5P resources, assessments and multimedia learning experiences Supporting and managing our Learning Management System (LMS) Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to keep training accurate, relevant and engaging Helping colleagues embrace innovative learning technologies including Virtual Reality, tablets and smart screen Monitoring learner engagement and using data to continuously improve the learning experience We're looking for someone with: Experience managing LMS platforms such as Totara, Moodle or similar Strong videography and digital media creation skills Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design and digital learning technologies Experience with Office 365, SharePoint and Power Automate Great attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional learning experiences Why join us?
