We are looking for an experienced people manager to join our Station Manager team supporting Crewe Station for 16 months We're looking for a business manager and people leader to join us at Avanti West Coast, where you'll champion Avanti West Coast to be the transport of choice. As a Station Manager you'll be empowered to deliver a service that sets new standards for customer experience and operational excellence through effective leadership and customer-focused innovation. To be successful in the role you'll have previous experience of leading teams in an agile, fast-paced environment and you will continuously champion our vision and values to ensure that we connect our customer and communities along the west coast. You will understand how your station interacts and impacts on railway operations, recognising the needs of the business and industry, your station team and its customers while identifying opportunities to improve both customer experience and operational excellence.
